I value helping others and sharing my passion for promoting mental performance training as an important component of holistic athlete development. My goal is to support and develop athletes’ mental performance through individually tailored sessions guided by evidence-based strategies, which can be used to achieve success in sports and life. Ultimately, I strive to help athletes take what they’ve learned in our sessions and successfully apply it to their own performance settings.
